66th Congress of the International Union of Lawyers (UIA) in Dakar

From October 26 to 30, 2022, the 66th Congress of the International Union of Lawyers (UIA) will take place in Dakar (Africa), which will take place at the Abdou Diouf International Conference Center (CICAD). This Congress will offer an extensive program in which the main topics are "The governance of mining and energy resources in Africa and other regions" and "The effectiveness and relevance of our judicial systems", and which will also include different work sessions combined with social activities. Our Partner-Director, Mr. José Pajares Echeverría will participate in one of these sessions, the Insolvency Law, where urgent measures to remedy insolvencies caused by factors external to the regional economy will be discussed.
