José Pajares Echeverría, Managing Partner of PAJARES & ASSOCIATES LAWYERS, participates with his article: "Media and emergency measures in the Bankruptcy Law: towards global harmonization of the Law of Insolvency", Volume VIII of the book "STUDIES OF BANKRUPTCY LAW URUGUAYO”, published by the Law School of the University of Montevideo.

This book, coordinated by Camilo Martínez Blanco, includes several articles by lawyers from Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Spain and Argentina who formulate their reflections on the negative effects of the pandemic on the economy and also provide particular solutions to face insolvency.
