The training organized by the UIA and the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC with the support of the Togolese Bar Association will follow the format of ICC's PIDA training programs on international commercial arbitration, which aim to provide participants with hands-on experience and an understanding of the arbitration process during interactive sessions. The participants will study an arbitration procedure through a practical case. The practical case would be analyzed in the light of ICC arbitration rules.
The course of the training alternates between workshops and plenary sessions. This 3-day training will be facilitated by 10 trainers.
Due to the interactive work, especially in workshops, the number of registrations is limited to 60 participants. If you are interested in this training, register quickly!
