Mediation and Arbitration Law publishes its special issue No. 22 (January-March 2025), in which Mr. José Pajares Echeverría and Ms. Laura Lozano García, both lawyers at Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo Abogados, specializing in mediation and arbitration, participated with their article "A Practical Approach to Alternative Dispute Resolution."
The special issue of La Ley Mediación y Arbitraje (La Ley Mediación y Arbitraje) dedicated to "MASC in non-jurisdictional proceedings, in Organic Law 1/2025, of January 2, on measures for the efficiency of the Public Justice Service" was edited by José Carlos Fernández Rozas, University Professor, international arbitrator, and member of the Institut de Droit International.
