13. Management of deeds
PAJARES & ASOCIADOS provides services of specialized processing and management of deeds both private individuals as well as mercantile including document draftings and or assistance before the notary its complete administrative proceeding up to its registration which emphasize, among other things:
- Documents and notarial deeds registration in the Commercial Register, Central Mercantile Register and / or the Property Register. Processing companies deeds of capital increase, commercial power of attorney, dissolution, liquidation, sale of property, constitution of mortgage, mortgage cancellation, horizontal division and any other that we are entrusted, assuming the whole management of these documents from their allowance until its final registration in the corresponding registry.
- Cancellation of charges on estates and real properties proceeding to revolt them.
Incorporation of companies, drafting statutes and submission to the Tax Agency of census returns and high tax as well as sale of Limited Partnership for immediate use.
- Settlement of the Tax on Asset Transfers and legal documents as well as tributes of local character (municipals capital gains, economical activities taxation, among others).
- Settlement of inheritance duty : death certificates enquiries, last will acts.
- Management of Official Announcements:
- Publishing and management of the announcements in the Official Bulleting of the Mercantile Register and press according to mercantile legislation.
- Companies domiciliation and setting up, relocation of mercantile companies.
