José Pajares and Marcos Francoy, managing partner and lawyer of Pajares y Asociados Abogados, visited the Editorial Office after joining the Club Cámara Fórum Marca y Comunicación.

Pajares y Asociados Abogados is a multidisciplinary law firm founded in 1958 by Antonio Pajares Ramón y Cajal, father of José Pajares, current managing partner of the firm. Backed by more than fifty years of experience in Law, and made up of a large team of specialized legal professionals, the firm focuses its activity mainly on the corporate world, commercial, corporate and international insolvency.

José took over from the office founded by his father, in a delicate moment of readjustment to the new needs of the legal profession, in which the figure of the general lawyer disappeared in favor of the specialist lawyer.

The structure of Pajares y Asociados has administrative staff, seven practicing lawyers and a prosecutor. They also have external collaborations with Valencia and Madrid.

A very important part of its billing comes from the international area, due to the many international relations of the firm. In addition, José belongs to the International Union of Lawyers due to his extensive experience since 1995. Also internationally, he has been vice president of the Ibero-American Institute of Bankruptcy Law, interacting and working with the best bankruptcy lawyers and maintaining a very important business relationship because the Bankruptcy Law requires all subjects to be worked on.
