The 20th edition of the International Congress of the Ibero-American Institute of Concurrent Law (IIDC), which this year will be held on 13, 14 and 15 October in Montevideo, Uruguay, under the title “Concurrent Law in a World of Change”.
The event will serve to reflect and delve into current topics from the hand of prominent domestic and foreign exhibitors.
José Pajares, Director of the Department of Restructuring and Insolvency Law of Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo Abogados, who is, at present, representative of the IIDC in Working Group V (Insolvency Regime) of the United Nations Commission for International Commercial Law (UNCITRAL), participated in the second day of the International Congress as moderator of the first panel under the slogan “Digital assets” in which Leyza Blanco (Florida, USA), Luis Marini (Puerto Rico, USA), Anthony Lizarraga (Peru) and Gonzalo Barceló (Chile) will speak as speakers.
