CREMADES & CALVO-SOTELO ABOGADOS, through its Partner-Director in Zaragoza D. José Pajares, participates in the 1st International Congress of Mediation, presented by the College of Lawyers of Rosario and its Mediation Center in Argentina.
During the days 1, 2 and 3 of October is held the 1st International Congress of Mediation entitled "Center of Studies in Appropriate Methods of Conflict Management", taking place in the Auditorium of the College of Lawyers of Rosario (Argentina).
D. José Pajares, Director of the Department of Restructuring and Insolvency Law of CREMADES & CALVO-SOTELO ABOGADOS, will intervene electronically during the day on Friday 3, to address the topic of Mediation in Bankruptcy Processes.
