CREMADES & CALVO-SOTELO ABOGADOS collaborates on the work 20 years, Volume II, of IIDC

CREMADES & CALVO-SOTELO, through its Managing Partner in Zaragoza, José Pajares, contributed to the book "20 Years, Volume II," entitled "Insolvency Professionals: Granting Credit and Creditor Liability."

This book was sponsored by the Ibero-American Institute of Insolvency Law (IIDC) and includes contributions from former presidents, members of the Academic Council, and distinguished professors from various universities, among them José Pajares Echeverría, Director of the Restructuring and Insolvency Law Department at Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo Abogados and Professor of the Master's Program in Law and Solicitors at the University of Zaragoza.

José Pajares contributed his article, "A Practical Perspective as a Debtor's Attorney on Restructuring Plans in Spain," which addresses the main aspects of restructuring plans under Spanish law.

This work, directed by Ana Belén Campuzano, Alicia Ferrer Montenegro, Juan Mariano Möller Schuster and Diana Rivera, is a tribute to the 20th anniversary of the IIDC that shows different approaches to restructuring processes and the analysis of consumer credit granting.
