CREMADES & CALVO-SOTELO, through its Managing Partner in Zaragoza, José Pajares, contributed to the book “Appropriate Means of Dispute Resolution in Non-Judicial Channels: Commentary on Organic Law 1/2025 on Measures Regarding the Efficiency of the Public Justice Service.”

This work, sponsored by the Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration (CIMA) and coordinated by Francisco Ruiz Risueño and José Carlos Fernández Roza, includes contributions from 41 legal experts specializing in procedural, civil, and international administrative law, as well as in mediation and arbitration, among them José Pajares Echeverría, Director of the Restructuring and Insolvency Law Department at Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo Abogados.

Mr. José Pajares has contributed to the content of this book his article entitled “Appropriate means of dispute resolution (ADR): A practical view”, which addresses the main negotiation methods prior to the jurisdictional route.
