CREMADES & CALVO-SOTELO ABOGADOS with the National University of Córdoba (Argentina) and the University of Bologna (Italy) in a course on crisis law

CREMADES & CALVO-SOTELO, through its Managing Partner in Zaragoza, José Pajares, will begin teaching classes for the International Course “Postgraduate Course on Crisis Law.”

José Pajares has been invited to participate as a lecturer in an International Insolvency Law Course organized by the National University of Córdoba (UNC) in Argentina, in conjunction with the University of Bologna (UNIBO) in Italy.

Both universities have agreed to organize the international course “Postgraduate Course on Crisis Law,” to be held between June and November, with 48 academic hours of two-hour classes.

The “Postgraduate Course on Crisis Law” is a high-level academic program. This international program is designed to analyze insolvency and corporate restructuring from a comparative perspective.

José Pajares will focus on the following topics: how the Directive was implemented; and how the financial difficulties and the difficulties encountered in adapting national insolvency law to the guidelines of the Directive are conceptualized, addressed jointly and focused from Spanish law.
