What will the new second chance be like?

Until now and after the ruling of the Supreme Court of June 2019, the requirements to achieve the Exoneration of Unsatisfied Liabilities (hereinafter BEPI) were quite peaceful.

But the new wording of the bill about to be approved, and a couple of very recent orders from courts of first instance, which, due to their proximity in time, have surprised me, citing well-known scholars on the matter, make me doubt which are the criteria that will be applied to grant this benefit, and point to a stricter interpretation of these criteria.
