New Bankruptcy Law

The project for the Reform of the Consolidated Text of the Bankruptcy Law, recently returned to the Congress of Deputies due to the admission of an amendment in the Upper House, regulates a new procedure that will have great implications for micro-enterprises.

The difference with the previous regulations is enormous, since micro-enterprises previously had to proceed in the same way as large companies, and now they cannot also go to a restructuring plan or bankruptcy.
